Job description, responsibilities and duties

Location: Kosice, Slovakia
Working time: EMEA working hours

Order analyst will work in a team environment to process data and local voice circuit orders, voice feature orders and networking service orders. This includes, but is not limited to: moves, adds, changes and disconnect (MACD) circuit and service requests for AT&T’S customers.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Validation: to ensure all required data is provided; if data is missing, etc., order is rejected back to requestor
• Processing: submission of order to telco provider or appropriate AT&T team
• Processing: performs order close out activities at completion of the carrier orders
• The ability to multi-task is key; there will be many orders/projects, both critical and business as usual (BAU) type orders, open and managed concurrently

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Advanced level of English and Spanish language - required
• French language - intermediate
• Minimum one year of work experience in or not in IT field
• Ability to multi-task, flexibility
• MS office skills - advanced
