Within our EMEA Staffing team you will be working alongside thirteen colleagues based across Europe (EMEA) supporting recruitment delivery in key markets including the UK, Western Europe, Slovakia, Czech Republic and beyond. Building relationships with a diverse range of customers in a highly professional partnering style you will provide expert recruitment advice and support to meet the needs of our innovative technology-led business. With skill sets ranging from sales and marketing to in-demand techies you will work with customers (hiring managers) and colleagues to develop and implement effective plans to source and hire the required talent – on budget and within agreed time-frames.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sources talent both locally and internationally
• Conducts screening interviews with candidates against internal client's requirements
• Builds relationships with managers at every level, works to become a 'trusted advisor'
• Provides guidance to Hiring Managers in terms of selection processes, negotiating employment offers and role profiles
• Develops collaborative working with colleagues, stakeholders and customers in Slovakia and across other countries.
• Maintains contact with the candidate throughout the hiring and on-boarding process
• Manages administration efficiently
• Follows international and local policies

• Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System is helpful

• Self-motivated, able to manage workload, customer focused
• A team player with a good sense of humor, 'can-do' work ethic and a pleasure to work with
• Fluent English - both written and oral
