Over a two year period you will be immersed in three diverse ‘real work’ placements which will help to broaden your skills and equip you for a great future with AT&T. Over a 2 year period you will gain skills and experience in 3 different roles which may include:
Help desk Customer Support Train
Here’s an opportunity that requires you to take ownership for managing and supporting AT&T’s internal and external customers. You will have accountability for managing issues and applying your analytical skills to provide root cause analysis to customers, suppliers and/or AT&T leadership.
Order Care Specialist
This role is all about managing the critical supplier ordering of AT&T services which may involve installation requests, upgrades, and decommissioning for various services and technologies. You will use your skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and other teams to manage orders and resolve issues.
Production Support Specialist
Nothing is more critical to a customer than the availability of AT&T services which means operating across the world as a seamless team. You will use your training to diagnose and resolve issues or collaborate with advanced technical support teams to ensure an effortless customer experience.
Provisioning Specialist
This role is about managing the provisioning of AT&T services and is similar to the
Order Care Specialist. You will take charge for identifying, escalating, and resolving associated roadblocks, and collaborating within the larger project team to ensure work is accomplished in time.
