Billing Relationship Manager / Project Manager Senior (BRM) provides project support to customers across regions (US, EMEA, CCLA, AP) and various AT&T services.
Using project management approach (following PMI® methodology), the BRM ensures that investigations and resolutions are tracked and delivered in a structured and methodical manner, and providing comprehensive updates and reviews to stakeholders at regular intervals throughout the resolution process.
BRM protects revenue via proactive billing issues detection, root cause analysis, owner assignment, resolution and prevention of upstream errors resulting in billing defects.
BRM delivers effortless customer billing experience via applying expert knowledge, responding immediately, escalating if necessary and working proactively and across organizations to meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities:
• Author of project management documentation, including the Project Charter and Project Closure Report
• Approval and sign off on project scope, planning with the different stakeholders
• Perform the assigned project work as per the approved Front Door request that usually involves investigations of the escalated/repetitive/ complex billing issues; analysis of the situation; identification of the root cause of these billing defects; communication of corrective and preventive actions to the relevant teams and tracking the resolution, if applicable.
• Involve all teams necessary to complete the project work
• Report jeopardies
• Development and regular delivery of agreed reporting of project progress
• Negotiate project communication plan with stakeholders, facilitate and lead meetings
Contract: 1 year contract with possibility to be prolonged
