Working hours: US time (from 2 PM to 10.30 PM)
Location: Lakeside Park, Tomasikova 64, Bratislava
Contract type: fixed-term for 1 year (possibility to extend depending on business needs and employee performance)

The mission of the AT&T Billing Resolution Center is to initiate (input from sales/ service manager) and resolve queries and disputes, related to invoicing and contracting, in an accurate and timely manner establishing and rectifying the root cause to prevent recurrence.

The role is very much examining and determining, an aptitude to assimilate data from various sources, having confidence in the use of technical tools and standard Microsoft software, accompanied with strong communications skills, will lead to success in this role.

The job includes acting as interface with Sales to gain critical billing information to analyze and launch RDS, overseeing resolution of billing defects and providing regular status to customer/sales through the resolution. Thus, a combination of excellent communication skills and analytical thinking is crucial to be successful in this role.

The role is ever changing, with its responsibilities expanding in line with the needs of the business and its changing service offerings / associated tool sets. The successful candidate should be enthusiastic toward, and committed to, improving their own skills set in the area of AT&T’s services and billing systems.

Requirements for the employee

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Fluent English
- Secondary school or university education
- Very good communication skills - The ability to interact on the phone with customers and their peers during problem determination process. Prior experience interfacing directly with customers, project managers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to analyze and search for a possible error
- Precise, detail-oriented and stress resistant
- Previous office related experience preferred
- Good command of MS Office package
