Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Remote Account Executive will be aligned to nominated strategic customers in South Sales Center - The module will consist of multiple accounts ( Alstom, Schlumberger, Faurecia, Schneider). South sales center has large volume of sales transactions He/she will be supporting the assigned Global Account Directors in growing the revenue by taking over a defined set of sales activities that will allow the Global Account Manager to dedicate more time on Customer Strategic Building driving additional revenues and enhancing customer satisfaction.

SOCS
• Exploring new opportunities with the client.
• Developing opportunities from GAD.
• Discussing requirements with the client.
• Preparing proposal (pricing, design,…).
Other
• Resource engagement (GCS, CSM, TSC, …).
• Follow up on proposal.
• Contract/order form preparation and upload to tools.
• Gathering MDS & handoff to ordering (FSM).
• Managing MACDs with the client.
• 1st escalation level in sales.

Key Competencies and Skills:
We are looking for a dynamic person with at least 2 years of sales and customer facing experience. Ideally in Telco/IT industry. You’re supposed to speak excellent English ( Additional language knowledge - French or Italian - is an advantage ), have great communication and negotiation skills, and is driven by results.
You must be flexible, not afraid of challenges and high workload, and ready to travel to see the client face to face if needed.
Excel, PowerPoint experience, presentation skills is a must
Education and Qualifications:
Previous customer facing experience is a must. Technical knowledge, IT/Telco background or technical/IT education is a huge advantage.

Pricing:
- Igloo ( MDS handoff to Shared FSM )
- Investigation (of address, speed, router name, current speed, current charges, etc )
- Cap checks
- Rome oppty, SR creation ( for various countries, diversity request, etc )
- Credit checks
- Ci approvals
- PCG
- CDT
- Rome SR submition to ICB
- Finalizing of the pricing ( SOC, discounts, put it in the form agreed with customer )
- Follow up on proposal with the customer, reworks
- Contracting
Ordering:
- ECRM, SR for Contracting, access addendum and related communication with GCS
- Igloo validation ( extension if needed )
- PCS obtaining archiving ( Rome SR )
- PCS expedites ( obtaining approval from SCVP )
- Custom CI approvals for order if needed
- MDS handoff to FEO ( attached requirement )
- BET requests for account profiling needs ( SEI, CBB, etc )
- Expedite submits
- Follow up on orders & escalations

- All related sales & pre-sales tasks
