Software Asset Management has an immediate need for a data entry clerk. This is a great opportunity also for fresh graduate to start the career in data management and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
• Review data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
• Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
• Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.
• Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Learn Asset Lifecycle Management tools sets to support SAM functions
• Assist SAM managers with entry of ALM Sustaining Maintenance Renewal requests
• Assist SAM managers with processing New Order requests

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Key Competencies and Skills:
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Experience with Access is big advantage)
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Strong math and English skills
• Strong collaborate skills
• An understanding of data confidentiality issues
• Ability to work quickly and accurately, and pay attention to detail
• Data management skills a plus
