Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an intern to join our team in summer 2016
Length of internship: 3 months (from June/July until September/October)
Type of contract: part time (20 hours per week)

We are looking for young individual - university student who will be supporting IBM NMS contract management and reporting team.
Team is reviewing the reports / data, determining the cause(s), contacting the appropriate parties to make the required updates, tracking / monitoring the responses and escalating to management if the responses are incomplete or non-existent.
As an interns in this team you will have unique opportunity to gain new skills and experience in reporting, data analyses but also internal communication.
