Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an intern to join our team in summer 2016
Length of internship: 3 months
Type of contract: part time (20 hours per week)

The candidate will work within the Service Management Team for the IBM customer which serves as a point of contact for the customer to resolve issues and build a relationship with the customer and increase customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will support Service Management Team with the following activities:
• Supporting the team with reporting and database administration tasks.
• Working with AT&T Development organization on database creation and enhancements activities including.
• Improving and providing changes to various Managed Service Governance reports supporting EMEA customers.
• Improvement and automation of report formats and preparation
• Automation & coordination of data input from various sources.
