Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Sales Support Manager in AT&T holds a position responsible for aligning data, resources and processes across multiple functions and organizations to ensure seamless execution of pre- and post-sales support for AT&T corporate customers in the given region/ segment. He/She owns large accounts and maintains/ grows revenue for assigned accounts. Furthermore, a person in this position leads the client relationship maintaining a strong business, professional and sales relationship with executives and functional leaders within assigned client base, and exercises team leadership skills; ensures customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level and revenue assurance is managed.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • handling sales tools
  • initiating and tracking of sales process
  • communication and interaction with account teams, billing, technical operational departments
  • communication with customer
  • partial ownership of end to end sales process
  • tracking of all new orders from initial receipt through to billing closure
  • customer issue investigation and resolution; ad-hoc reporting; etc.

Working hours: EMEA working time (8/9 am - 5/6 am)
Contract: maternity leave cover (contract for approximatelly 18 - 24 months, possibility of prolongation)

Education and Qualifications:
College degree (Business or Technical) or previous exposure to sales & customer service environment in telecom/IT industry
