Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Lifecycle PM, supporting the IBM Canada IGA Bluesky Account, will assist in the day to day steady state operational activities related to client escalations of Sev 1 problem incidents as well as tracking those activities to completion in support of RCA contractual requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The LCM PM will collect, compile, and consolidate required metrics data into a single weekly or monthly report in accordance with the requirements specified within the customer contract. This includes but not limited to supporting requirements for the delivery of manual reports to the client and preparing non-standard reports that may be required to meet contractual commitments. Working closely with the Billing/Finance Manager and/or Operations Manager on the Life cycle team, the Project Manager will also support other operational tasks and projects, as directed by the SOE. At the direction of the SOE, The Lifecycle Project Manager will oversee small projects or phases of a larger projects.

The Lifecycle PM may be called upon to manage and track client engagements (GeCEPs) for new services and work with the appropriate COES/Delivery teams to ensure [project]resource allocation as appropriate

Key Competencies and Skills:
• 1-3 yrs general Project Management experience in an operational role is a must.
• Demonstrates the ability to compile, organize, analyze and track various types of data in support of contractual reporting requirements from the client.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
• Ability to effectively manage relationships and communicate cross-functionally to ensure reporting deliverables are met and projects are driven towards completion
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative Problem Solving
• Analytical/Critical Thinking
• Excellent customer facing and conflict resolution skills.

Education and Qualifications:
• Project Management trained and experienced / Certification preferred but not required

Additional Information:
Working time:
14.00pm – 22.30pm SK hours
Flexibility to work after hours and/or weekend to coordinate and manage projects or handle critical client escalations.
