Working hours equivalent to US time zone (CST)

The role of the Specialist for Quality Auditing Reporting is to evaluate the AT&T ITO MR Asset Inventory for completeness and work to update/correct as necessary to maintain Data Integrity of Inventory.

This role will collect and analyze data from many AT&T proprietary systems and the compare/contrast the data to evaluate the overall data integrity. Where there are discrepancies in the data validity, the Data Integrity Asset Analyst will work to investigate the corrective information from other systems, client interviews, and/or vendor data reconciliation. Additionally, reports are produced monthly expressing the quality of the data integrity as well as other miscellaneous reporting to meet business needs.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Preferred Bachelor of Science degree Business or equivalent experience.

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

This role requires:
  • a broad knowledge of data analysis and reporting skills and possess strong investigative stills as well as having excellent communication
  • skills to accompany the analysis skills for this position
  • very versatile with Excel (3+ years as advanced user); Access skills are a benefit. Administrative responsibilities include projecting, tracking, and reporting asset inventory and evaluation of asset data for correction / update.
  • fluent English is essential
