Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a skilled Senior Network Technical Specialist to join our team in Bratislava.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for engineering and design for mobility DNS platform.
• Work with mobility engineer teams to produce DNS solutions and configurations.
• Accept and file DNS work orders with engineering and operation teams.
• Produce methods of procedures to document and implement DNS changes.
• Support maintenance windows for DNS changes/troubleshooting as needed.
• Assist with network planning processes and procedures, as needed.
Skills and requirements:
• Minimum (2) year experience.
• Strong skills and experience with Linux
• Knowledge of BIND DNS configuration and BIND application is a big plus
• Previous experience with networking designs.
• Knowledge of Mobility 3GPP / UMTS / LTE is big plus
• Working knowledge of virtual machine and cloud computing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Excel and Word suite
• Basic knowledge of IP networking.
