Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Technical Solution Architect (TSA) role operates within the Shared Lifecycle Management (LCM) team. You will be responsible for designing the technical solutions for customers based on the project requirements and your expertise. Output of your work would be Technical Solution Document (TSD) or Statement of Work (SOW) with all necessary information to document solution in depth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing TSDs/SOWs based on the customer requirements
• Working with AT&T tools (GeCEP)
• Closely cooperating with AT&T Project Managers, IBM and customer
• Helping account team to determine best solution
• Advanced knowledge in the area of networking and Cisco equipment configuration
• Minimum entry externally recognized qualification for the Engineering role is CCNP/CCDP level.
• Cisco LAN/WAN advanced skills is a must
• Cisco Wireless (Controller & AP configuration)
• Load Balancers (Cisco CSS, ACE and F5 Load balancers)
• WAN optimization (Cisco WAAS, Riverbed)
• Firewalls (Cisco ASA / PIX, Juniper, Checkpoint)
• DNS – Infoblox
• Familiar with AT&T tools such as GeCEP, BSOMS, BusinessDirect and GPS,
• Approachable with positive attitude
• English – Fluent - both spoken and business written
Working hours:
• US time (14:00 - 22:30 CET)
