Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Producing of technical documentation, along with liaising with third parties and internal groups to schedule and support changes within agreed time scales arranged with the customer
- Technical validation of the solution, updates to AT&T internal databases, planning and preparation of migration plans for cut-over to the AT&T service
- Responsibility for Customer facing activities such as verifying technical requirements, migration technical planning & scheduling, joint AT&T and customer migration and testing
- 8 working hours in EMEA & US time zone (engineers are expected to be flexible and to support customers in different time zones)
