Location: Kosice, Slovakia
Working hours: Covering 24x7 service, 2 shift system

Description:

Providing a comprehensive and reliable IT service within a team using established IT Service Management methodologies mostly in bilingual (Spanish and English language).
You will provide IT Technical support 7x24 (mostly Mexico business hours) cover for internal employees based in MEXICO and across the South America regions.
You will mainly work within a Spanish speaking user community and IT environment therefore it is expected that you will have a basic understanding Computers and Microsoft Windows based technology

Responsibilities:

  • Provides phone-based and LiveChat based troubleshooting and resolution of PC hardware/software, including selected enterprise applications used at the desktop (full training will be given)
  • Initiates notices and escalation process when needed
  • Manages and prioritizes workload in a way that provides end-to-end support within time and quality standards
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Spanish and English language (spoken / written communication)
  • IT technical skills, experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with customers
  • Incident management skills advantageous
  • Ability to prioritize workload
