Tier 3 Windows Technical specialist (Application Virtualization)

You will be part of the International IT team which has responsibility for the delivery and support AT&T customers.
This role is responsible for Technical support and application virtualization, which is required Virtual packaging skillsets, troubleshooting skills and high level of english.

Working hours: USA domestic production hours (EST)
Start Day: ASAP
Education: High school or University education
English language: advanced B2-C1

Requirements:

Excellent verbal, written and teamwork skills.
Virtual packaging skillsets:

• 2 to 3 years packaging experience with industry standard products (preferably Symantec/ThinApp/App Volume AppStacks).
• proficient in the technical understanding and interactions of the core

components that make up the Windows OS and Applications.

• Troubleshooting skills and knowledge of advanced troubleshooting tools

Virtual tester skillsets:

• Working knowledge of Windows 7/8.1, profiles, and directory structures
• Ability to follow testing checklist for methodical, systematic testing

General:
Conceptual understanding or better of Virtualization (persistent disk vs. non persistent disk)

• Streaming (AppVirt vs. Native install)
• Profiles, User preferences, and application settings
• Overall knowledge of AT&T environment (applications, standards, compliance, call centers)
