MAOT (Most of the World Access Optimization Team) is an operational Service Delivery team responsible for network optimization and migrations of access infrastructure.

Working time: EMEA working time
Location/Building: Lakeside Park, Tomasikova 64, Bratislava

Job description:
• Dealing with on-time and accurate delivery of 3rd party access circuits for Most of the World Access Optimization Team (MAOT) and Node Closure project migrations in most of the world
• Managing order processing and order tracking and cooperating with internal and external teams
• Updating and maintaining internal business systems used for project control, ordering and configuration management
• Administering the overall circuit implementation of required services, including local language support
• Managing and providing feedback & statuses to the relevant business partners as required throughout the implementation phase
• Making sure that company standards and organisational procedures are met
• Providing regular updates and weekly reports on implementation activities
• Other duties upon request

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Portuguese - Upper intermediate (B2) and Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

o Minimum of secondary school education, University education-preferred
o Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
o Fluent Portuguese/Spanish (written and spoken) is a must
o Background in Telecommunication Industry is an advantage
