Project Manager (PM) will be part of Billing Project & Process Management Centre (BPMC) within GBBS&O. In general an analyst is someone who analyzes the existing and ideal (to-be) situation, and defines the transition path to reach the ideal. PM will support Billing Programs/Portfolios run within the BPMC department by focusing on:
• process (business process modelling)
• quality (quality management)
• systems (interpretation of business rules and requirements for technical systems)
• data (data mining and identifying trends and opportunities within data) analysis
Responsibilities:
• Defines the current business situation of a project scope
• Defines the target business situation of a project scope
• Gathers business requirements by consulting various SMEs
• Creates business solution
• Prepares test scenarios to be tested before the implementation of the business solution
• Collaborates with Business Analysts during the project life cycle
• Reviews business opportunities and challenges to identify opportunities for improvements
• Leads & executes investigation in support of program, including data analysis, business case development
• Leads projects / feasibility studies to understand and resolve business issues
• Assists Program Manager in communication
• Presents results to stakeholders
• Assesses, plans for and manages project risks, issues, jeopardizes, escalations and problem resolutions
• Manages project scope, schedule and risk and ensures completion of projects while meeting quality and schedule objectives using organization's standard processes
• Creates and updates project documentation with respect to BPMC standards
• Manages project change control
• During project lifecycle handles also analysis where needed which consists of but are not limited to:
o Impact Analysis
o Business Requirement Creation/Evaluation
o Design and Document Solutions
o Creates Process Design and Documents
o Ensures Quality Assurance of project deliverables
o Test Plans Creation/Evaluation

• A self-starter demonstrating initiative and the ability to work around issues
