Working hours: EMEA
Location: Aupark Tower, Bratislava
Contract type: 1 year, limited

Candidate will operate from a Bratislava centre, EMEA Billing Operations department. Our department is responsible for all billing related tasks from the initial billing set up, automated billing, manual billing, and special billing for EMEA region Customers.

Responsibilities/Duties
• Billing of Global Services customers in an accurate and timely manner
• Responsible for contract checks based on specific non-standard customer’s requirements
• Responsible for raising manual invoices and resolution of all related billing issues
• Investigate possible discrepancies between billing request and Oracle financials to prevent future mistakes on invoice
• Responsible for invoice printing and delivery
• Daily communication with other departments within A&T, sales managers, dispute managers

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• MS Excel on advanced level (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
• Analytical skills
• Communication skills
• PC literacy (MS Office)
• Ability to multi task, prioritize workload and ability to work to deadlines
• Well organized and precise
• Strong team player with commitment and a positive attitude
