Specialist, Complex Order Services (ACCESS database management)

Databases running and sending out the reports on daily basis through Microsoft Access, importing files, running the queries where the results are finalized reports which are send out to technicians, designers, senior managers and other employees of the company, mostly with information about orders, workload, etc.

Creating manual reports, which contains for example aborted and cancelled orders, some of them on daily basis some weekly, once a week report about expedite orders, orders which have not been completed and are still showing up in systems (SOTS, TSNOW, EFMS - bespoke to AT&T), Productivity reports, etc.

IDs,back-up for colleague or when the workload of IDs is higher. Requesting IDs for specific tools and software application company is using for our new employees, transferred employees or helping out with trouble shooting of applications when it is needed (error messages, reactivation of the users, changing the roles etc.).

Requirements:

Interpersonal and good communication skills.
English spoken and written at excellent level is a must.
Must be proficient in EXCEL.
Able to multi-task and have good time management skills.
Preferred background in ACCESS database.

Additional information:
Contract - unlimited
Working hours- US hours: 2pm-10.30pm local time
Location- Bratislava, Lakeside.
