Working hours: US time (2pm-10:30pm)
Location: Lakeside Park, Tomasikova 64, Bratislava
Contract type: fixed-term for 1 year (possibility to extend depending on business needs and employee performance)

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The mission of the AT&T Dispute Management Team is to resolve queries and disputes, related to invoicing and contracting, in an accurate and timely manner establishing and rectifying the root cause to prevent recurrence.

• are a ‘Systematic and Problem Solver’ and are able to collect data from various sources, having confidence in the use of technical tools and standard Microsoft software
• have strong communication skills and have no problem with resolving billing and contracting related disputes directly with a customer on the phone (front office) as well as resolving more complex tasks offline via email (back office)
• like thinking analytically and want to use examining and determining skills like detective Sherlock Holmes?
• are the one who enjoys learning new things

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Spanish is an advantage
  • Secondary school or university education
  • Very good communication skills → The ability to interact on the phone with internal customers and their peers during problem determination process. Prior experience interfacing directly with customers, project managers is welcomed.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills → ability to analyze and search for a possible error
  • Precise, detail-oriented and stress resistant
  • Previous office related experience preferred
  • User of MS Office package (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
