Contract type: fixed-term for 1 year (possibility to extend depending on business needs and employee performance)

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The mission of the AT&T Dispute Management Team is to resolve queries and disputes, related to invoicing and contracting, in an accurate and timely manner establishing and rectifying the root cause to prevent recurrence.

• are a ‘Systematic and Problem Solver’ and are able to collect data from various sources, having confidence in the use of technical tools and standard Microsoft software
• have strong communication skills and have no problem with resolving billing and contracting related disputes directly with a customer on the phone (front office) as well as resolving more complex tasks offline via email (back office)
• like thinking analytically and want to use examining and determining skills like detective Sherlock Holmes?
• are the one who enjoys learning new things

Very good communication skills → The ability to interact on the phone with internal customers and their peers during problem determination process. Prior experience interfacing directly with customers, project managers is welcomed.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills → ability to analyze and search for a possible error
Precise, detail-oriented and stress resistant
Previous office related experience preferred
User of MS Office package (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
