Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

∙ Implements sales from order placement through implementation and activation
∙ Tracks order and project status using company systems
∙ Ensures that order data is validated and properly entered in AT&T systems
∙ Orders of voice, data, and/or local services
∙ Coordinates activities and identifies appropriate resources
∙ Communicates with customers to find agreement on service delivery dates
∙ Implementation of large nodal voice network deployments AT&T Network Connection services
∙ Works with customer vendors to obtain technical requirements
∙ Ensures quality of service implementation, accurate billing, and customer satisfaction
∙ Develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project
∙ Tracks and reports activities to supervisor and customers
∙ Serves as the lead and single point of contact for all parties involved
∙ Coordinates all work activities across all internal supplier organizations

Personality requirements and skills

∙ University degree
∙ Preferably 1 year of experience or at least working experience during the study
∙ Excellent communication (written & spoken) in English
∙ Excellent degree of PC literacy MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
∙ Willing and able to work full time US hours (from 3pm to 11.30pm)
∙ Experience with project management is an advantage
∙ Knowledge of MS Project or another PM tool is an advantage
∙ Excellent problem solving skills
∙ Communication and presentation skills
∙ Strong organizing skills
∙ Advanced time management and ability to prioritize
∙ Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
