EMEA Ordering and Transitioning Specialist (English fluent and intermediate Hungarian)

As an Ordering and Provisioning Specialist, you will be responsible for ordering data lines with AT&T suppliers; managing the process from AT&T side during the course of the line delivery; performing focal point function for suppliers and AT&T Project Managers.

Main responsibilities:
The Enablement team is responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of network service solutions for our customers in Europe. Based in Bratislava you will be cooperating closely with international specialists within AT&T, customers and suppliers.
As Ordering and Provisioning Specialist you will lead and execute necessary access provisioning activities during the implementation of customer solutions.
For end to end supported services you will communicate and cooperate with site-level customers, international specialists within AT&T and telecommunication suppliers. You will validate delivery and installation details of orders and place orders with telecommunication suppliers.
For other services you will support the ordering part of customer access provisioning by placing circuit orders with telecommunication suppliers.


Requirements:

Education completed: university level.

Computer skills:
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Outlook - advanced
Internet (e-mail, www) - advanced

Language skills:
English language - fluent (speaking, writing) - a must for this role.
German – intermediate (speaking, writing) and/or Hungarian - intermediate (speaking, writing)
One of the additional languages is a must.

Knowledge of information technologies (TCP/IP, network protocols, WAN) and project management is advantageous. We are looking for someone who is technology savvy.
