Our Technical Support Agents work to answer questions and resolve customer issues over the phone and on-line chat, supporting the U-Verse product, the evolution of Digital TV, Internet, and Voice.
This exciting opportunity is all about the challenge of finding solutions and collaborating with a diverse range of U.S based customers. You will provide technical support for all U-Verse products through customer interaction and the use of the industry leading diagnostic tools, maintain customer relationship management systems.
In this role you will:
• Answer in-bound support related phone calls and/or on-line chat as the first line of contact for the company.
• Provide technical support for all U-Verse products through customer interaction and the use of the industry leading diagnostic tools
• Handle inquiries from customers related to repair & troubleshooting, handsets & devices, accessories, network, coverage, features & services, billing & rate plans.
• Handles service activations and changes, inquiries on data products.
• Remotely diagnose and solve physical hardware and software issues when prompted by an automated system
• Work collaboratively with AT&T employees and partners as part of a high-performing team
