Job description, responsibilities and duties
Working hours: Combination of EMEA/US
Coordinates approved solutions from order placement through implementation and activation
• Tracks order and project status using company systems
• Ensures that order data is validated and properly entered in AT&T systems
• Orders of voice, data, and/or local services
• Coordinates and schedule activities and identifies appropriate resources
• Communicates with customers to find agreement on service delivery dates
• Ensures quality of service implementation, accurate billing, and customer satisfaction
• Develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project
• Tracks and reports activities to supervisor and customers
