Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- designing, configuring, and supporting the WAN/LAN infrastructures for several accounts
- providing lifecycle management, quality assurance, customer communications, and technical/troubleshooting support
- engineer will be assigned to multiple complex accounts encompassing a wide range of technical feature sets
- traffic engineering, hardware/software configuration, diversity analysis, disaster recovery analysis
- inventory management, utilization analysis, network implementation, problem management and general subject matter expertise
