Application Developer and Metrics Design Specialist

Location: Lakeside Park (Tomasikova 64, Bratislava)
Working hours: US hours from 2:00 PM until 10:30 PM (flexibility to work on EMEA hours from time-time, e.g. every other Friday, but not guaranteed)
Possibility to use company taxi within Bratislava when finishing late.
Possibility to work from home office up to 5 days a month.

JOB SCOPE:
You will be working within Slovakia-based team which supports US-based clients by maintain SQL and Oracle databases and developing internal web application used for internal reporting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain database objects (tables, views, procedures)
• Maintain and monitor external scripts that are used to load the data daily to database ; identify and resolve load issues
• Investigate and resolve client reported application defect issues
• Assist with development of metrics and designing solutions for new proposed applications; develop solution using programming language, debugging, deployment and testing the functionality of developed applications and metrics
• Perform software maintenance, upgrading versions when necessary
• Monitor various application email accounts
• Manage user’s access rights to internal systems
• Responsible for retrieving data from database sources: Oracle, SQL Server
• Interface with clients, team members and other IT specialists to develop new solutions
• Ensure reports are produces in a timely manner
