Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities
•Candidate will be supporting Finance Billing Operations Department
•Working with US, Canada, and Latin America teams to create billing solutions & process documentations responsibilities
• Taking responsibility for Americas Global Billing Operation Customer Front Door requests via coordination of guidance and billing solutions from various SMEs based on specific requests from customers. These areas can be Product specific or Billing Service specific
•Strives to ensure designed billing solutions will allow for 100% invoice accuracy and flawless billing processes without unknown costs
•Identify, perform root cause analysis and manage also more complex billing problems and solutions, also when these don’t fit within the guidelines of standard practice
•Provide regular Weekly & Monthly Metrics of activities to Leadership
•Create, Update and Clean Up Process Documentation, M&P & Job Aids activities for whole directorate
•Reflect Changes in processes in relevant process documents
•Migrate all process documentation and job aids to Wiki platform utilized within AT&T
•Manage small to medium billing improvements projects as required
•Support larger billing projects with SME skills, within the area of responsibility and understand related disciplines
•Work with other functional organizations to identify and address cross-functional billing solutions to recognize and drive billing improvements
• This role requires US WORKING HOURS, but with possibility of flexible working hours

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Billing; Project/Process Management (idealy in finance or billing)
• Experience and good knowledge of working with MS Excel and Visio
• University degree (1st or 2nd level) idealy in Economy/Finance
• Finance/Economic background
• English labguage - advaced (written and spoken proficiency)
•Excellent Communication (Written and Verbal) is essential
• Strong Team player, Enthusiastic, and Excellent Interpersonal Skills
•Excellent organization and time management skills
•Self-Starter
•Analytical thinking
•Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and ability to work to deadlines
•Experience with & Knowledgeable of process documentation practices using MS Visio & Generating DLPs, Job Aids and etc.
•PC literacy (Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point, Visio), MS Outlook; SharePoint; Internet, knowledge of Wiki development environment is advantage
•Knowledge of Spanish language is big advantage
