AT&T VPN Network Engineer - DTAC (Data Test and Activation Center)

We are currently looking for DTAC Engineers in Bratislava and Kosice. This is a suitable position for graduates within relevant areas of study or professionals who want to progress their careers.


DTAC (Data Test and Activation Center) Engineer is responsible for providing Installation and Troubleshooting Support for Field technicians, Customer technicians and Project Managers to ensure the On-Time delivery of the AVPN (AT&T Virtual Private Network) Service to Customers.

As DTAC Engineer, your duties will include:
• Working effectively with the Project Management & Engineering Groups to enable successful Router Installations by providing Remote Support
• Successfully updating of Databases and Tools to ensure that the Customer Service is Managed, Measured and Billed.
• High Quality Installations
• High Quality Data-Entry
• Configuring, troubleshooting of CER and PER routers using all types of access in all regions.

Technical and Required Skills:
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Communication Technologies and Networking Technologies: TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, LAN, WAN.
• CCNA Certification is desirable but not essential, we expect DTAC engineers to have strong knowledge about CCNA even without certification.
• Proficiency with software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Strong data entry and PC skills

Additional Information:
• Working time:
DTAC Engineers work in shifts, the team provides 24/7 support to customers. Shifts depend on customers’ requirements – work during weekends and public holidays will be required to support customers’ needs and you will be rewarded additionally for working those shifts.

Bratislava, Lakeside Park or Kosice, depending on your location.
• Contract type:
Full time with good benefits.
