Job description, responsibilities and duties

Working hours: US 14.30- 23.00 CET & EMEA 9.00 – 17.30 CET few days a week

This position is responsible for supporting the implementation of the AVPN Managed service in US region. Key responsibilities include – GIOM order creation, Project Validation (including validation call with the customer), release of the service request, circuit order placement with the provisioning team/local providers and bill trigger activities. Order creator works very closely with the Order manager on the project initiation and is responsible for clean handover to Order manager and transport provisioning centers. In addition to that Order Creator is responsible for the billing initiation after the project completes. Hired OC will be also a part of E2A Migration team which is handling end to end process of a migration orders from one service to another

• Because of your international function written and spoken English
• For this position you should preferably have communication skills and should be a graduate of a secondary high school or university.
• Knowledge of information technologies (TCP/IP, network protocols, WAN) and project management is advantageous.

Knowledge:
• Written and spoken English.
• PC literate with experience of a range of software packages
• Good analytical and work skills
Personal:
• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality
• Strong commitment to process and quality improvement
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive them to timely and successful resolution with a minimum of supervision
• Good team member, with ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with Managers and senior professionals throughout the world
