Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Working hours: US 14.30 - 23.00 CET & EMEA 10.00 - 18.30 CET few days a week
OM (Order Manager) team is responsible for site level order management which includes mainly customer communication, communication with all internal resources to ensure smooth and timely delivery process, circuit provider delivery tracking including sorting out issues between all involved parties and teams, securing of internal resources, preparing of weekly status reports for Service management and customer HQ, attending regular calls if applicable for assigned customers. This position is in the middle of the whole delivery process, acts as an overseer and driver for fast resolution of issues, therefore good knowledge of overall service delivery processes and responsibility is required. This is not a task oriented but project management oriented position.

• Microsoft Word - advanced
• Microsoft Excel - advanced
• Microsoft Outlook - advanced
• Internet (e-mail, www) - advanced
Additional demands on employee:
• Because of your international function written and spoken English
• For this position you should preferably have communication skills and should be a graduate of a secondary high school or university.
• Knowledge of information technologies (TCP/IP, network protocols, WAN) and project management is advantageous.
Knowledge:
• Written and spoken English.
• PC literate with experience of a range of software packages
• Good analytical and work skills
Personal:
• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining output quality
• Strong commitment to process and quality improvement
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive them to timely and successful resolution with a minimum of supervision
• Good team member, with ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with Managers and senior professionals throughout the world
