Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are in the process of building a brand new customer care team to support our U-Verse product; an innovative digital TV, internet and voice service for U.S based consumers. If you like solving problems and with a desire for continuous improvement then this may be a perfect job opportunity for you.
Key responsibilities:
• Monitoring customer care agents in-bound support related phone calls to ensure the very best quality and performance
• Using leading diagnostic tools analyze call and team activity related figures. Provide recommendations on areas for improvement
• Manage workforce scheduling and planning
• Works collaboratively with AT&T employees and partners as part of a high-performing team
• Be the first point of contact or “go to” person on all team or technical issues
• Maintains customer relationship management systems (recording notes, tracking of requests)
• Maintain and update records in relation to anything related to the Customer care center
• Provide day to day administrative support to the UVerse Area Manager

• An appreciation and knowledge of communication technology (e.g. media, internet, telephony)
• Customer service exposure and aptitude
• Organized with outstanding attention to detail
• Logical mind and problem solving skills
• Team player
• Culturally agile, an appreciation of U.S culture (e.g history and geography) would be a plus.
• Must be willing to work U.S work hours – shifts will vary.
