As Sales Support Manager you will be a part of Sales Support team - holding a position responsible for aligning data, resources and processes across multiple functions and organizations to ensure seamless execution of the pre- and post-sales support for AT&T’s corporate customers.
You will act as first point of contact for AT&T Sales MOW regarding new requests for pricing and ordering of AT&T services, taking ownership on issue resolution as well as leadership on request executions.
This involves: gathering data and management of new projects, creation of pricing, submission of orders and follow up activities, escalations, client relationship management, deal with internal functions especially Service Delivery .
As Sales Support Manager you will be responsible also for end to end cycle time of handled requests with wide scope of knowledge it terms of design, price, and order to support retention/growth of AT&T revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ownership of end to end sales order requests received from supported segment
• Working with multiple AT&T tools if order to support given tasks
• Managing/coordinating routing of the request to correct departments/appropriate owners
• Handling escalations
• Communicating with the customer and the Sales on the daily basis
• Tracking all new orders from initial receipt through to closure
• Handling design and pricing requests for new acquisitions (RFP)
• Customer Issue investigation and resolution
• Interface with internal operational functions
• Provide ad-hoc reporting on weekly basis using standard AT&T tooling
• Provide support for the requirements for Sarbanes Oxley
• Proactive mapping of new processes and exceptions
• Provide full back-up support to the department Administrator during periods of holiday or sickness
• Support ad hock sales tasks in order to offload sales
• Manage own workload within guidelines
• Share knowledge within the team
