Job description, responsibilities and duties

The System Implementation Manager position is a technical position that focuses on gathering, analyzing and validating customer requirements for the AT&T VPN Service, determining proper configurations, working with customers in understanding the service, to serve as a project manager for large rollouts that also involve the configuration of AT&T VPN device or Cisco routers. The role is customer facing and requires strong communication skills (ie: ability to lead calls), strong IP based trouble shooting skills, a high level of service comprehension and attention to on-time performance as determined by customers and internal guidelines / targets.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Technical University - Telecommunications/Networking field of study is advantage
Fluent in the English language. Good verbal communication skills and proficient writing ability.
CCNA / CCNP routing knowledge is desired (certification is big advantage, but not necessary)
Strong communication skills in English, both written & verbal (advanced level)
Very good understanding of handling customer Telco solutions and process & tooling steps
Experience in internetworking is desirable
Knowledge of various communication technologies and networking technologies e.g. TCP / IP, Routing protocols, LAN, WAN technologies.
Prior experience with Cisco router configurations or Cisco Certification (CCNA) is an advantage
