Location: Bratislava
Working hours: 20 hrs per week
Duration: 3 months with start in mid June/July

The intern will be a part of the International Sales Support Team to support the post-sales activities for our customers.

The intern will be trained into the basic activities of the team to support its operation during the summer monts.

You will be a part of the EMEA GCG, GO-SS Team - holding a position responsible for coordinating, gathering and ensuring the successful post-sales ordering support for AT&T’s corporate customers in the EMEA sales region.

CSS supports clients from EMEA Sales centres and so decrease administrative burden of Sales force that can focus on their primary role.

This involves: staying tightly linked with sales partners and other support teams, interfacing and using multiple sales/ordering/tracking tools, investigating and properly executing order handoff processes for all complex solutions, communicating and interfacing with all levels of Sales, Service Management, Project Management and support teams. As Field Service Manager you will be responsible for Administrative Sales support and Retention/Growth of AT&T Revenue.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partial ownership of end to end sales process, in particular all work necessary for a successful order handoff to downstream Ordering, Account Profiling and Service Delivery Teams.
• Sales Support, Revenue retention/growth.
• Tracking order handoff to order number and due date received.
• Providing status and reporting on all order handoff work.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Excellent degree of PC literacy MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Advanced written & spoken English
• University Student
• Genuine interest in Telecommunications, Networking and Technology
• Working experience with processes is advantageous
• Good organization skills, multitasking
• Strong team player with commitment and a positive attitude
