Job description, responsibilities and duties
Location: Kosice, Slovakia
Working time: This position requires candidate to work in US time zone - e.g. 14.00pm-22.30pm Slovakia time.
To provide custom SLA reports to Thomson Reuter client on a monthly basis. Responsible for obtaining trouble tickets and change request log from IBM each month

To provide custom SLA reports to Thomson Reuter client on a monthly basis. Responsible for obtaining trouble tickets and change request log from IBM each month
- Perform SLA Validation
- Create monthly dashboard report
- Present the network performance reports to the client on a monthly basis
- Handle Dispute resolution
- Calculate SLA credits (as required)
- Work with billing team to process SLA credits (as required)
- Generate monthly operational reports and make available to IBM
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and provide RCA reports to IBM as required
