Production Control Reporting Specialist is responsible for creating executive and management level reports used to manage the work centers. Team provides deep-drive analysis; identifying trends and change in data that could impact the centers performance; builds databases and creates reports for operational teams and serves as support for SD when it comes to data needs. Additionally candidate may be required to manage various projects across different work groups related to data changes and new tools that impacts data.

• Strong Data Analysis skills and uses of tools for data retrieving, organizing and displaying data.
• Knowledge of SQL queries, Business Objects, Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization skills, and understanding of telecommunications infrastructure would be a plus.
• Strong Data Analysis skills and uses of tools for data retrieving, organizing and displaying data.
• Knowledge of SQL queries, Business Objects, Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
