Job description, responsibilities and duties

Roles and Responsibilities:

This position is a member of a Transition team and is responsible for managing the Inventory Capture, aggregation and initial validation of client data via SIT (Standard Inventory Template) automations and load into the MUSE environment via the DataCart tool.
The DIME SIA interfaces directly with the authorized client designate supplying inventory data and is responsible to document the source of authorized client data provided, ensuring version control and appropriate audit trail methodologies are maintained.
The DIME SIA along with the DIME IMA (Inventory Migration Architechs) are the primary DIME interface to Transition Project Managers and LCM team personnel regarding project management reporting of inventory migration activities.

Tools Utilized:
SIT (Standard Inventory Template) automations, DataCart/MUSE, AT&T GPS (Global Provisioning System), Microsoft Office Suite…also Microsoft Visio and Project, and various data mapping tools, e.g. MapForce

This position requires US working time

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Fluent in the English language
Proficient communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent customer service, leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Visio, Excel & MS Project)
Advanced MS Excel / Visual Basic for Applications
Project Management – ability to lead multi-discipline cross-organizational teams to achieve results under tight timeframes
Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or 1 to 3 years IT experience
