We’re launching a new customer care teams in Bratislava, Slovak Republic to support our innovative digital TV, internet and voice services called U-Verse.
Our Customer Care Agents work to answer questions and resolve customer issues, supporting a wide variety of products and services.
A basic understanding of communication media and technology is certainly an advantage but a willingness to learn is more important as training will be provided.
However, you must be an advanced English speaker, thrive in a team environment and gain real satisfaction from helping other people.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer in-bound support related phone calls as the first line of contact for the company.
• Provide basic technical support for all U-Verse products through customer interaction.
• Maintain customer relationship management systems (recording notes, tracking of requests).
