Our Customer Care Agents work to answer questions and resolve customer issues, supporting a wide variety of products and services. A basic understanding of communication media and technology is certainly an advantage but a willingness to learn is more important as training will be provided. However, you must be an advanced English speaker, thrive in a team environment and gain real satisfaction from helping other people.

In this role you will:
• Answer in-bound support related phone calls as the first line of contact for the company.
• Provide technical support for all U-Verse products through customer interaction and the use of the industry leading diagnostic tools
• Communicate effectively by telephone to remotely diagnose and solve physical hardware and software issues when prompted by an automated system…
• Work collaboratively with AT&T employees and partners as part of a high-performing team
• Maintain customer relationship management systems (recording notes, tracking of requests)
