Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Work with customer to identify new network requirements to support business requirements.
- Develop high level and detailed level designs for new enterprise solutions. Oversee delivery of ATT and IBM integrated solutions.
- Ensure compliance with customer security architecture.
- Develop annual account strategic plan.
- Address performance / capacity issues as identified by performance / capacity analysis.
- Perform equipment and software life cycle management for end of sale and end of support.
- Provide leadership and technical support of chronic service outages.
- Identify root causes of major outages.
- Support customer Disaster Recovery requirements and testing.
- Present to customer details of complex network changes and assist with device configurations (if required) for implementation of critical/complex network projects.
- Work with vendor (Cisco, Juniper) for complex functionality requirements.

- 6+ years of experience in networking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, project management and problem solving skills

- Experience with Systems Network Architecture
- Excellent knowledge of Routing and Switching, Security, Firewalls, VPN
- LAN and WAN Routing Protocol design and hands on skills
- WAN Technology and Optimization
- CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CCDP
