Scope:
The International HR Business Partner Team at AT&T is looking for an HR Specialist who will closely cooperate with the HR Business Partners and support the business unit with HR related analyses and work on HR projects. If you have an HR experience, excellent time management skills and ability to collect and analyze data, please read further.

Responsibilities:

Provide remote HR support to senior functional managers across 50 countries worldwide
Provide Project Management support for strategic and operational HR Projects (e.g. annual performance review, salary increase merit analysis)
Design and produce HR communications and metrics for our business area
Cooperate with broader HR Team and functional business managers in international and US locations
Prepare various HR data analyses and overviews, mainly in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Participate in international communication via conference calls and emails on a daily basis
Support on international staffing activity which includes routine administration of headcount approval tool
Work in high volume environment with quick turnaround times
The work is mainly office-based

At least 2 years of HR experience or HR+Project Management experience
Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, Vlookup, if-functions, filtering)
