Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is a GSD operations management role and successful applicant will be expected to manage Global operation teams, product operational metrics, team performance, support team developments.

The candidates should have an experience in working within international businesses, customer facing positions, a good understanding or interest in ITO & Telecommunication products.
Advantage is to have knowledge about delivering customer networks, applications in WAN & LAN environment. Applicant must have managerial experience leading teams or leading international projects. This is a very challenging operational role; therefore it is expected to be very proactive to customer demands at short notice and/or issues that prevent completion of projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and support staff (HC 15) who are responsible for assigned projects.
• Take ownership, responsibility and accountability for team results & customer satisfaction.
• Manage recruiting, personal development and training plans of your team.
• Establish performance management, set up goals and objectives at individual and team level.
• Measure the completion timeframe, quality and SLA of projects, team and individual productivity.
• Recognize root causes; implement actions to meet overall target and objectives against key milestones.
• Liaise with senior global management and customers on escalation critical issues.
• Actively participate and support global process improvement and deployment activities inside AT&T

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Skills and Experience:

• University degree ( Business, ITO, Engineering )
• Ability to handle difficult situations, drive for improvement , strong communication skills & time management , strong self motivation factor , open minded.
• Knowledge of telecommunication technologies, products and networking, applications –
(WAN/ LAN/ CISCO technology) is preferable.
• Excellent English Language skills
• 3 years’ experience (min) in leading team or international projects.

Successful candidate has to be very flexible and support business during EMEA & US hours, unregularly outside of business hours - bank holiday, weekends.
