Scope of responsibilities:
This Engineer role is responsible for providing Installation and Troubleshooting Support for Field technicians, Customer technicians and Project Managers to ensure the On-Time delivery of the Service to Customers
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working time:
Engineers work in shifts, the team provides 24/7 support to customers. Shifts depend on requirements of the customers – work during weekends and public holidays will be required to support customers needs
This Engineer role is responsible for providing Installation and Troubleshooting Support for Field technicians, Customer technicians and Project Managers to ensure the On-Time delivery of the Service to Customers
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working effectively with the Project Management & Engineering Groups to enable successful Router Installations by providing Remote Support
- Successful update of Databases and Tools to ensure that the Customer Service is Managed, Measured and Billed.
- High Quality Installations
- High Quality Data-Entry
- Configuring, troubleshooting of CER and PER routers using all types of access in all regions.
Working time:
Engineers work in shifts, the team provides 24/7 support to customers. Shifts depend on requirements of the customers – work during weekends and public holidays will be required to support customers needs
