Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Candidate will operate from a central Bratislava work centre, billing department. The job role is to work within defined internal processes and in compliance with financial & legal regulations.
Key activities include:
• Obtaining the billing activities/data from the ordering system.
• Reviewing billing activities/ data received, customer’s contracts, billing information received against the customer’s contract
• Working with the Project Managers to resolve any issues relating to the billing information
• Calculating the charges based on the billing data and the charge rates/factors in the contracts to derive the one time and monthly charges
• Entry of rates into the billing system, document and communicate any contracts and billing information issues
• Regular reporting and review activities
