Working hours: 2 days working EMEA hours, 3 days working US hours
Location: Bratislava (Aupark), Slovakia

Job Responsibilities:

Billing Accounting Specialist Senior conducts billing operational work to maximize the effectiveness, accuracy and delivery of billing information

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Audit the accuracy of moderately complex billing information entered in the system and monitors the operation of the billing systems
• Develop solutions to billing issues and works with systems design to implement new features
• May test new features of the billing system
• May perform one or more of the following billing operations functions such as general billing operations (account profiling, maintain billing inventory, process billing files, generate invoices, tier 2 for inquiries and dispute resolution), policy compliance, systems, methods, procedures, contract implementation, SOX compliance, risk management, revenue assurance, compliance with legal requests, compliance with country taxing statutes, bill reviews, audit, production quality, data requests

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Spanish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University Degree
• 2 – 3 years working experience
• Fluent English (oral & verbal)
• Spanish language skills is a plus
• Good data analyzing and reporting skills
• Detail oriented, analytical thinking, pro-active approach
• Able to share knowledge
• Ability to multitask & cope with stressful situations & prioritize workload and ability to work to deadlines
• Well organized and precise
• PC literacy (MS Office - Word, Excel – V Look Up, Pivot Tables), Outlook, PowerPoint), Internet
• Flexible
