Account focal point for the customer and within AT&T
Leading conference calls, involving both internal and external teams
Working with the technical teams on change management coordination
Escalation point for service issues
Security focal point responsible for compliance and audit activities
Stores and maintains account documentation
Responsible for customer satisfaction and delivering high quality customer experience
Creating Root Cause Analysis for Service impacting outages
Responsible for Account Stewardship
Partners with the Sales Executive to pursue new business opportunities

Position will be based in Slovakia, Kosice. This position requires candidate to work in US time zone - e.g. 14.00pm-22.30pm Slovakia time. Senior Service Manager is also expected to handle outages. This means occasionally to work late night or early morning hours, on rare occasion weekends SK time.
