ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial analyst with technical software (IT) skills to develop and maintain complex cost databases and models.
SQL Database cost analysis
MS Access Database analytics
The development of complex cost models utilizing Visual Basic (VBA).
Provide regular analysis on access costs, develop complex excel cost models to simulate access alternatives.
Develop GIS analysis on access network and costs.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

An understanding of GIS technologies (ArcGIS, MapInfo)
Analyst with a technical background and problem solving experience.
Able to develop own tools and models using a variety of tools (typically MS Excel, Access, VBA or .Net), with attention to detail both in the analysis as well as presentation of the results and conclusions.
Awareness of Telecommunications wireline (Leased Line, Ethernet) access technologies
Excel – to an advanced level (including pivot tables and VBA development)
SQL – to at least intermediate level
MS Access – to at least intermediate level
Crystal Reports experience would be an advantage
Data analysis, including experience with large data sets.
Management/Leadership Skills
Ability to work independently on a project and see if through from conception, analysis, and completion
Support a broader internationally based team
Provide direction and coaching to perform functions, operate computerized tools and modelling algorithms
Project management support and facilitation
Demonstrated experience in a 24x7 “virtual” environment.
