Job description, responsibilities and duties

Working Hours: Flexible shift start time: 14:00 or 15:00 or 16:00 local time
Location: Bratislava – Lakeside Park, Tomasikova 64
Contract: Maternity cover contract for one year or longer with possibility to be changed for the unlimited contract

The Wholesale Project Manager is responsible for overall post-sale cycle of the AT&T Switched Ethernet product from the point where it's sold to Carrier by Sales team through construction phase and design, issuing the service order to successful circuit provisioning

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Track orders using company systems
• Ensures that order data is validated and properly entered in AT&T systems
• Coordinates activities and identifies appropriate resources
• Communicates with customers to find agreement on service delivery dates
• Ensures quality of service implementation, and customer satisfaction
• Develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project
• Tracks and reports activities to supervisor and customers
• Serves as the lead and single point of contact for all parties involved
• Coordinates all work activities across all internal supplier organizations
